3 great habits to start with!

If you could just pick one or two (or seven) habits to create in the next few months — habits that will have the most impact on your life — what would they be?

What one or two habits should they start with?

It’s not an easy question.

Develop positive thinking - What shall you repeat for yourself day after day? What you repeat for yourself, will certainly be true, after this habit is a REAL habit.

Exercise - You don't have to exercise to get better. The only thing I did was to go out once a day for fifteen minutes. Sometimes it became 60 minutes if it was a beautiful day. The thing is that it must be a new habit. And you will feel much more strength and it will contribute to your positive thinking. That's good isn't it?

Kindness - Yes Kindness is a habit and it is reeeeally difficult to be kind if you are tired, the kids are arguing and the husband does nothing. But if you are kind during these times, you WILL develop patience and you will get a good reputation. But a warning for those who are ambitious. I am one of those. It is really difficult to be kind if you have too much stuff going on at the same time AND a deadline or several deadlines at once. Sometimes it is better to cut off something, like doing the laundry AND cooking and just cooking so the kids are all good. Sometimes it is lack of routine, you don't know where to start, you don't want to do anything and you don't have the strength to do anything. These are times you REALLY need to be kind, because if you ask kindly the people around you to help you, then it is urgent to be kind.
